1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Plunder & Riffle (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Plunder & Riffle is a content-creation tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate pages, videos, slideshows, and other media from user-provided text prompts. The Service is accessed via Telegram and a companion web application.
3. Accounts and Access
Some features require a Telegram account and optional third-party authentication (e.g., Privy). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Free-tier access is limited; paid plans are available through third-party platforms (e.g., Whop).
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the text prompts and ideas you submit. By using the Service, you grant Plunder & Riffle a non-exclusive license to process, transform, and display your content for the purpose of generating outputs. You may delete your data at any time through the dashboard.
5. Generated Content
Outputs generated by the Service are provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. Plunder & Riffle does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or originality of generated content.
6. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit system. Free users receive a limited number of generations and renders. Paid plans are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Whop). All sales are subject to the payment processor's terms. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Telegram, Whop, Fish Audio, Salarium, Privy, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Plunder & Riffle is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's AI models or underlying technology.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plunder & Riffle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
